Publishing a course to web and sharing the link with everybody

Hello!

I would like to share a course with all my organisation and since there's no need to tracking, I would like to publish it for web distribution.

Still, once I get the course published I'm not sure where to upload it and what link should I send to my colleagues. Could I upload the course to Google Drive and change the sharing options to "anybody with the link"?

Could I publish it on my porfolio here on e-Learning Heroes? What should I do?

Thanks in advance

P.S. I do not have dropbox

  • Hi Claudia, you would need a hosting server for the content. Google Drive is for file sharing and will not run/process the HTML files and assets in the browser. If your organisation has an intranet or website then you will have a hosting service that will be suitable for the files. Once loaded, you would just then distribute the URL to users, and provided the intranet/website is available to those users, they will be able to run the files in their browser. Does you organisation have a member of staff who looks after IT? They would be the best person to approached.

Filesharing services like Dropbox, Google Drive are not suitable for running courses.
