Publishing not sending me scorm files
HI,
Is anyone else having an issue where SL360 shuts down when publishing prior to getting the "Congratulations, your course has successfully published" and then you don't get the zipped Scorm file? Help please if you have any ideas as to why this is happening.

I'm so sorry to hear that you're running into this issue when trying to publish your Storyline course but I'm happy to help troubleshoot. I'd like to ask a few clarifying questions to start.
- It sounds like you're trying to publish your course for LMS. First, when you choose the LMS/ LRS option in the Publishing window, then select Publish, you should see a Publish Successful Window with these options listed. Are you able to see these options?
- I'd also like to check if you're saving and publishing your course on your local hard drive. Working on a network drive can cause erratic behavior.
If you're comfortable sharing your file with us, I'd be happy to test it out on my end! You can upload it here or share it privately in a support case We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
