Q&A: New Content Formats — Guides, Decks, Interactive Video, & Scenarios
Hi HVfb0f498d-053b,
Happy to help with both of these!
On reusing the AI Avatar video, there isn't a direct way to copy it straight into another block type, but your colleague can get there in a couple of extra steps. From the custom block, click play on the avatar video, then click the Download icon that appears in the lower-right corner (more detail here). Once downloaded, that video file can be uploaded into a Multimedia > Video block like any other video.
On the transcript button, that's a fair ask, being able to scan the full script at once instead of following along in real time would genuinely make reviewing content faster. That's not something we have today. AI Avatar videos currently only offer auto-generated closed captions synced to playback, with no standalone full-text view. Out of curiosity, are you picturing this more for reviewing/editing the script while building the course, or as something learners could access while watching the finished video?
The transcript serves both the purposes you mention, for the author and the learners. I'll copy and paste the script text into an accordion block and place underneath.

Thanks for clarifying, HVfb0f498d-053b, that helps confirm this would benefit both authors and learners. Noted on the accordion block approach as well.
