Hi, Jase,

Those must be Freeform questions (that is, questions created from standard objects put on a side). That means you can't edit the text in Form View, which is the view shown in the image you attached.

Switch to Slide View by clicking that option. Then edit the text in the objects in the same way you edit text in other rectangles and shapes.
