Question bank - numbering questions
I have a question bank set up to draw 10 questions from a pool of 20. Is there a way I can get the screen to display a question number, so learners know how far they have progressed?

Sounds like you are wanting a custom set up for your quiz as well. I do not see where Carol popped back in, but you are certainly welcome to reach out to the user directly via the 'Contact Me' option on the user profile if you do not hear back soon.
If you care to share your .story file, perhaps someone can take a look and offer some design assistance.
