question bank and quizzes not updating
That is the expected behavior.
Sorry which is expected, that the question draws update or that they don't? Because I expect updating the bank to update the questions that are drawn without having to redo inserting the draw.

In Storyline 360, any changes you make to a question bank will affect all slides that draw questions from that question bank. In Rise 360, the process is a little different. You'll need to edit the question draw and click "Update Draw" to update the question set.

That is absolutely NOT expected behaviour from question banks, and not how they work in any normal app or LMS. If Articulate wants to have an extremely counter-intuitive and frankly asinine process in place, one that contradicts their previous set up in Storyline, it behooves them to be clear with the user about this.
