Question Bank Not Working

Hello,

I am working on a project where I have 6 categories, and each category has a question bank of 10 questions. I have all my triggers in place, draw from question bank, include all questions, randomly, etc. But every time I play the project, it pulls only one randomly picked question again and again. Any suggestions or help is most welcome!

    I would just be guessing without seeing the file. How many questions in each bank?

    Does your "Draw Questions from Bank" settings panel look similar to the example below?
