What was the solution? I would like to see question level reporting to my LMS as well, but I am not seeing an option that does this. Is there one?

Hi Andrew! Rise does not support the question-level reporting we needed. We ended up using our LMS to bundle the series of courses and for the scored quizzes, using Storyline. Here's a screenshot. The Scored Simulations (light green) and Final Scored Quiz (red) are the Storyline lessons. The rest are built in Rise.
