Questions Banks
Hi Julia,
You might be inserting the question bank draw from a Knowledge Check block, in which case the draw would include all questions in the question bank by default. To access the option that asks for the "Number of questions in draw", please insert the question bank draw as a quiz instead. You'll know you've inserted a quiz by the small text that appears under the section title.
Let me know if this works for you!
Here are the User Guide articles about Rise Quiz Banks:
Rise 360: Create and Manage Question Banks | Articulate - Community
Rise 360: Use Question Banks to Create Knowledge Checks and Quizzes | Articulate - Community
FYI: You can set the program to randomly select a specified number of questions. However, the program will always select questions randomly. There's no setting to tell it to only pick questions that weren't picked before.
Thank you for the manuals! Where can I set the specified number of questions?

The Draw Options should show a dropdown for "Number of questions in draw."
I don't know why you are not seeing that. I suggest you contact support. You can do that here: https://access.articulate.com/support/contact

Hi Judy, Even I am not able to click on "Draw options" to add questions 10 questions from the question bank of 50 questions. The option is disabled.

Hi DeepikaBatra-1a!
Happy to jump in here!
As my teammate Joe shared, adding Question Banks to Knowledge Check Lesson Blocks, won't allow you to specify the amount of questions included in the draw. However, we are tracking a feature request to support this functionality. I'll include your voice in the request!
In the meantime, please insert the Question Bank as a Quiz Lesson within your Rise course.
There, you'll have the option to draw 10 of the 50 questions from your Question Bank.
Let me know how it goes!
