Quick Search Password

Is there a way to view or copy a password for a quick search link after the initial setting of the password? If I return to the password dialog box, I am unable to view the password that was original...

Has there been a solution to this problem yet? I set a password in the past, but it doesn't seem to match with the password that is there currently. I am sure the password we introduced is correct.

    Thanks for checking in on this!

    We're still tracking feedback for a way to view or retrieve Quick Share link passwords, previously set in Rise 360. I've included your voice in the report!

    Also, I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with mismatched passwords. The Quick Share password you set originally should be retained unless changed by the course author. Have you tried manually resetting the password to the one you require?

    • Open the course > go to Publish/Quick Share > Clear Password [x] > Enter the desired password > Click Save.
