Quiz getting stuck - Urgent help needed!
I have a course with 12 separate quizzes however 1 of the quizzes is getting stuck on the last question... I'm getting the 3 dots (its trying to load) after I have submitted the question: it shows ...
Hello,
Just chiming in to share that we've seen this behavior occur on projects with corrupted Results Slides. One way to test if you are being affected is to do the following:
- Test to see if your quiz is freezing or encountering the three dots right before it is set to jump to the Results Slide.
- If this is the case, delete the existing Results Slide and replace it with a basic one without any formatting.
- Test your quiz with the new Results Slide in place and check if it will now proceed.
Additionally, another thing that you can do is to import all of your slides over to a new project file.
