Quiz Question Answers Formatting Issues
Hello davelees,
Changing the formatting of text or modifying states shouldn't affect the functionality of anything in Storyline 360. As my colleague Steven mentioned, you can share a quick recording of the problem or a copy of your project file so we can identify what's causing the quiz functionality to break. We'll delete it when we're done testing!

The problems occur the second you change any of the text in the answers, even in Form View. Not only is the formatting messed up, you have to literally adjust all the states of the answer, as the text box formatting changes.
This happens frequently when you have a question slide you'd like to reuse, so you go into the Form View, change the questions and answers (and feedback), and it ends up looking like this. Everything was perfect before the text was changed in Form View.

Thanks for the additional information! Does replacing your course's font with a standard one like Arial or importing your slides to a new Storyline 360 project help reset the text's alignment? davelees, I'd recommend trying these troubleshooting steps as well.
