I did a quick test on my end for the functionality of the previous button in Storyline quizzes, and I can confirm that the button worked for me. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Do you have custom navigation setup for your question slides?
- Are you able to replicate the behavior on a new project file?
- Do you have triggers that specifically declare what the previous button does, or do you previous buttons make use of the default 'Jump to previous slide' action?
Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private through a support case so we can test the behavior? We'll delete it as soon as we're done troubleshooting!
