Quiz Results Not Displaying for Some Learners in Rise Course
We have created a course with a quiz in Articulate Rise and published it to our LMS. For most learners, the course and the quiz work properly, and they can complete it without issues.
However, for some learners, the quiz results do not display on the result page (see attached screenshot of the issue). In these cases, the result field remains empty, and learners are unable to proceed or finish the course.
Since this problem only occurs for a subset of learners while the majority have no issues, we are unsure what could be causing it.
To help you investigate, we are attaching screenshots of:
- The quiz result screen (where the issue occurs)
- The quiz settings in Rise
- The export configuration settings
Could you please advise us on the possible cause of this issue and how we can fix it?

I know how frustrating it is when some learners get stuck on the results screen. Thanks for sharing the screenshots. They make it much clearer.
Since most learners see their results correctly, the quiz setup and LMS connection seem to be working as expected. The issue is more likely tied to the environment on the learners’ side.
Here’s a quick checklist you could share with affected learners directly:
- Please clear your browser cache and cookies, then reaccess the course.
- Use Incognito mode to rule out possible browser extensions that may be causing the problem.
- Use a different browser; ensure your browser has the latest updates and JavaScript is enabled.
If the issue continues after these steps, I recommend opening a support case so we can investigate further.
