Quiz results slide – Question linking issue due to order changes

Hi everyone,

I'm encountering an issue with the results slide in Storyline. In the "Results Slide Properties" panel, the list of available quizzes (e.g. 8.1 Comp_TECH, 8.2 Comp_COM, etc.) doesn't appear in the expected numerical order.

Because of this, when I select a quiz from the dropdown, it sometimes links questions to the wrong result slide, or changes previously set associations.

Has anyone experienced this behavior? Is there a way to force Storyline to keep the quizzes/results slides listed in the correct order (e.g., 8.1 before 8.2, 8.3, etc.) to avoid mislinking questions?

    Hello,

    Are you using different scenes? If so, having quizzes in different scenes will change the quiz order displayed on the results slide based on the scene order. For example, if I have quiz #3 in Scene #2, and quiz #2 in Scene #3, when I create a results slide it will display quiz #3 before quiz #2 because Scene #2 comes before Scene #3.

    If you do have different quizzes in different scenes, then changing the scene order by using the Index feature could put your quizzes in the right order when launching a results slide.

      Thanks for your message! I managed to solve the issue by placing the quiz results slide in the same scene as the other result slides and organizing them in the correct order. That did the trick!
