Quiz Retry Options

I have a number of regulatory modules are employees must pass each year, and the pass rate is 100% (they aren't long quizzes!).

If it helps, I'd like to see a retry per question option as well. When you have complicated quiz, it's not a fun experience for a learner to go through the quiz again to correct the one or two answers they've gotten wrong.
