Yes, I agree with all these suggestions! This is a big limitation if you'd like to use Articulate Rise for compliance modules which require 100% pass rate.
It is so frustrating for learners to have to retake the entire quiz. It has been 3 years since this has been suggested so it would be great to add this feature ASAP. Currently I am using Storyline for the quiz components which is not a seamless experience for learners.
