I have attached the file. Some of the quiz question items may already be detached as I had closed the program.

Thanks for sharing a copy of your project file. I made some changes to your results slide and closed and re-opened the project, and I was able to observe that the project retained the changes that I made.
Would you be willing to make a recording of the behavior you're experiencing so we can take a closer look at what's happening?
