Thank you so much for this suggestion. It has fixed my issue. However, is there a way to edit the results slide within Storyline so it includes a retry quiz if the user fails, or do I have to edit in Quizmaker and re-import?

Great to hear that importing to Storyline 360 fixed the behavior for you. If you want to give your learners the option to retry a quiz, all you need to do is to add a Retry Button in your Results Slide. Here's how (Step 1):
