Radio button formatting preview doesn't match the edited version
I'm using radio buttons and have edited the Hover state so they have a blue outline (radio outline) and a blue glow effect. The format looks fine during editing, but when I preview, the blue outline is barely visible and the glow effect is orange, not blue.
What is going on?

Sorry to hear you've run into this setback when formatting Radio Buttons in Storyline!
We're currently tracking a bug in Storyline causing behavior that sounds similar to the issue you've reported. This bug causes Hover States of an object to overlap with it's current state, instead of changing it.
Do you mind sharing a copy of your .story file so we can confirm if you're being affected by the same issue? Feel free to upload the project here in the discussion or privately through a support case.

Attached is a story file that is exhibiting the issue. All the radio buttons have a blue outline on their hover state which is not showing up. The top row also has the blue glow in the hover state that was in my screenshots above.
