Radio Buttons Giving Away Answers

Hello, 

When I go to test or publish, I'm running into a problem on my quizzes where the radio button appears grey (like it's already been clicked, even on my first go-through of the quiz). It doesn't look like that when I'm editing. I sent the review link to a colleague, and he saw the same thing I was. I've included a snip of one example, but it's happening on each question. 

I've set the same custom colours for each of the buttons, and they all match in edit mode, so it's not a matter of that. Is there something else I've missed?

    I would not know what else to check if you have already checked the radio button states to make sure they all share the same appearance. Do you mind sharing a slide with radio buttons?

      Hello,

      I was actually able to fix it! It was an issue with the states. I didn't realize that the states would change automatically for correct answers but I've gone back and edited all of them.
