I did some test publishing. It only seems to appear in the preview mode, which is a relief. Still hoping this will get fixed, because preview mode is used often when i'm having face-to-face meetings with SME's or colleague developers .

Please try repairing your Storyline 360 installation to see if this fixes the border issue for you. You'll also want to ensure that your computer and monitors meet the minimum system requirements mentioned in this article.
