Rapid Situational Interactive info on Articulate out of date?

Hello, I would like to download documents available in an Articulate How-To series on Rapid Situational Interactive (RSI). However, everything I am finding in search results seems really out of date: not available in Flash, documents are not available for download. Does anyone have links or can direct me to examples and downloads that are not out of date on this subject? Thanks!
