I suggest you create a .story file with the elements you need: colors, font, logo, perhaps a title slide (with just "Title Goes Here" as the title), and any other revisions needed to meet company guidelines. Give it a simple name, such as "company_starter_file.story." 

Then use a copy of that file whenever you start a new project. That way, you'll always begin with the basic pieces in place.
