I'd work on fleshing out a robust portfolio with a variety of types of content and complexity to demonstrate your skill.

On the formal side, learning more about accessibility is valuable. Many of the Articulate staff have gotten this certification.

Other areas:

• It's an emerging field, but AI prompting relevant to course design
