Re: Correct/ incorrect text box in quiz
Vidya - On the right sidebar you should have a form view/slide view. Selecting Form View will allow you to define the correct/incorrect options. I've attached a screenshot.

My issue is that, even when the correct answers are selected during the quiz, the review screen incorrectly marks some of these answers as wrong. This happens even though the selected answers on the review screen match those chosen in the original quiz form.
Are the slide properties set to Reset to Initial State? If they are, that could be causing the issue.
