Thanks for reaching out, and good call to start a case as well. I see my teammate, Gerald, was able to dig into your file and came across a bug where:

Hyperlinks inside the same text box behave differently from each other when the entrance animation by paragraph is applied.

I'm sorry you're running into this, but we'll be sure to follow up when a fix is in place!
