Re: Image dimension

Hi Pietro! I understand that you'd like to reduce the image size in Rise, especially for hotspot images. RIse automatically resizes images so that they will be seen well when viewed on different devices. Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing? When you say the image is too big, do you mean it's taking up the whole width of the screen?

    Hi Bartolome,

thanks for your feedback. Attached then image that I can see on the screen.

The resizing is too big, even if I try to resize the image (outside from Rise) and upload it.

pay attention: It is in the "small width"

    Thanks,

    Pietro

      Hi Pietro,

Open your image in an editing app and add white space on the left and right sides to change the image from square to rectangular.

If you can get a 16:9 aspect ratio that would be best.

Karl, thanks for sharing this tip! My original image was square, and no matter how many times I resized it down in an image editor, Rise kept trying to enlarge it and it was losing resolution. Adding white space and changing to a rectangle did the trick!!
