If you have an alternative that you can use that is not an LMS, publish for web, zip.

Upload zip to storage spot, extract, give everybody access, an send out the address of the story.html file. I use Amazon S3, but you need to be careful to identify exactly where it is being stored.

If you have access to an LMS, publish for SCORM, and follow the other steps as necessary.
