If you invited them as a collaborator, you can see your collaborators in the Settings from the main course menu page. Once you choose Settings, there will be a collaborators tab and you can see anyone you invited to work on the course with you. However, if you sent them a copy from your Rise 360 dashboard, there is no way to see who you have sent copies to.
