I'm happy to help! I just tested these shortkeys in our newest update, Storyline 360 (Build 3.85.31840.0), and didn't run into any issues.

Are you finding this with every course or just a specific one? If you can share your .story file, that would be helpful for testing. You can share it in this discussion or privately in a support case.
