Reach 360 - Modify Status

If your course is still in the "In Progress" status in Reach 360, the completion requirement may not have been met. Would you be willing to share a copy of your course here (Storyline 360 project file only) or privately by opening a support case so we can investigate? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
Thank you for reaching out. It is just for this one user. All others have completed successfully. My question is, can I change the status manually for the user?
