Reach 360: Manually Mark Completion?

Is it possible for the admin to manually change a learner's course status to complete?  (i.e., a learner completes the course but due to a network glitch, the status doesn't update)

Hi! Are there any updates on this feature? It would be very helpful to manually change a learner's course status to complete.

I've shared your feedback with our product team regarding the ability to change learners' completion statuses in Reach 360 manually.
