Reach 360 Test Quiz - Reported Score Math Is Wrong
I am testing out a super basic SCORM 2004 4th Edition Storyline 360 course to test a scoring bug I've been seeing on Reach 360. This test course is just a standard graded multiple choice question quiz with 5 mock questions. I did not change any of the major settings other than just setting it to be a SCORM 2004 4th Edition and using the standard insert results slide.
I purposefully fail it the first time and the course gives me a score of 40% on the slide, with 80% being a passing score. But in the Analyze section of Reach 360 it shows a score of 50%. Here is the graded question answer breakdown screenshot:
This is not the first time I've see completion and success scoring errors during my recent tests of Reach 360.
The other bug I've found is that if I've got a Storyline 360 branching scenario course with two Final Assessment quizzes in the course, depending on which direction a learner takes, but not combining the scores from the two results slides, the score is reported wrong too. The learner sees one score on screen in the slide but the final score on the Analyze section in Reach 360 is always 100%, either red fail or green pass, but they got some questions wrong. I have absolutely checked to make sure that the variables created by storyline and used on each results slide are two distinctly named ones.

I do want to add that I've tested these the courses on SCORM Cloud and they are reporting the completion and success statuses, as well as the actual numerical scores correctly.
Hi ScottNodine-109!
Sorry to hear that Reach 360 is not reporting your Storyline Quiz content accurately!
I can confirm the second issue you've highlighted is related to a bug we have logged for Reach 360. This bug causes:
- Enabling the 'Only Score Viewed Questions' in Storyline 360 always sets the learner score to 100%, in Reach 360.
As a workaround, we suggest disabling the 'Only Score Viewed Questions' option in Storyline. I've linked this discussion to the bug report so we can notify you as soon as a fix is ready.
Also, I'd like to connect you with our Reach support team to have a closer look at the first issue you've shared.
The Analyze section of Reach 360 shows a score of 50% when the learner scored a 40%.
I've opened a support case on your behalf, and sent an e-mail with a link you can use to share your .story file privately.
We can continue the conversation through your case to keep all information in one spot!
