Sorry to hear that Reach 360 is not reporting your Storyline Quiz content accurately!

I can confirm the second issue you've highlighted is related to a bug we have logged for Reach 360. This bug causes:

  • Enabling the 'Only Score Viewed Questions' in Storyline 360 always sets the learner score to 100%, in Reach 360.

 

As a workaround, we suggest disabling the 'Only Score Viewed Questions' option in Storyline. I've linked this discussion to the bug report so we can notify you as soon as a fix is ready.

Also, I'd like to connect you with our Reach support team to have a closer look at the first issue you've shared.

The Analyze section of Reach 360 shows a score of 50% when the learner scored a 40%.
