Reach360 - Have users be able to choose which LIBRARY to look at?

Hi there all, 

I want my user to go in and be able to choose which custom LIBRARY to look in, not just be presented with all the courses/learning paths that are contained within ALL the libraries he has access to. Can someone please tell me how to do this?
