Recover corrupt assets

I opened one of my older projects (before 2024) and received the message that some assets were preventing the project from opening and I was asked if I wanted the program to find, try to recover and delete the corrupted assets. There was no option given for a step by step that would let me know what the "corrupt" asset is or what I wanted to do with it. How in the world am I supposed to find what was changed/deleted? HELP please! THANK YOU!
