Relias LMS

Does anyone use Relias as their LMS? It is primarily used in healthcare.

I just started with a company that uses Relias and am looking to bring eLearning design and development in-house. Right now, we have a lot of mp4s, documents, and some purchased eLearning content. 

I'm not finding much on publication standards for Storyline files (e.g., complete/incomplete) and all the discussions here are from many years ago and now closed. I'd like to learn more about your publication settings and whether you've run into any challenges with Relias if you are using it. Thanks!
