Remove Playback Speed Option on Video Controls

I am wondering if there is a way to remove the playback speed button on the video controls. Our courses are gated by time, and some learners are watching the videos at 2X, which is me...
The client mentioned that increasing the size of the browser kicked in the buttons, but for me, only shrinking it did. This is happening in Firefox, and Brave (mac), and Edge (win). Have not tested in other browsers.
