Rename Tab in Tabs Interaction Template
How do I change the tab names in the tabs interaction template? (example...change Tab 1 to say Test, Tab 2 to Test1)

I guess it depends on which one you have inserted in the slide. Tab content is usually placed on different layers. You can select each layer and change the content as you like. For example:
