Renaming a Course

Hello,

I recently acquired modules from a prior employee.  I am new to Rise/Articulate and have very basic knowledge.  How can I change the name of these courses?  I've tried a few different things, but I don't seem to have access...

    HI Katie,

    Click on the course name to edit it.

    When the course opens, edit the name of the course at the top of the page.

    Hi Katie! Simply click on the course to open it, highlight the title of the course on the main menu page, then type a new title! Let us know if that helps!

      Is there a way to ONLY rename the Project outside of the project? I am making multiple versions and I don't want the learners to see anything different on the Title INSIDE the projects.

        Hi Casey,

        You can separate the versions into different folders.  That way, you can keep the same title.

        There is also a way to edit the title if you extract the index.html from the export package.  It should be located near the top under the TITLE tag. 

        We don't technically recommend editing the export.  If you are unfamiliar with HTML, it might be easier to use my first recommendation if you want to keep the same title across your versions.
