Replay : record sound at same time as screen recording
Hi,
I am trying to make a screen recording of a video, but can only caprure the video, and no sound.
I can only find microphone settings, but I really only want to also catch the sound from the video itself.
What do I need to do?

To record a video, you mut have Stereo Mix as your Default Device under the Recording tab:
In the Playback tab, you must have both Headset and Speakers set as default device:
In the Recording Mix Properties, within the Listen tab, must be set up as shown here:
To then play the video in Replay without hearing the sound from both the headphones and laptop speaker, go in and disable the speakers.
Hope this helps!

Good morning!
As promised, my update.
After some trial and error (didn't have the same screens) I have fixed it, thanks!
However, I now have a .replay file.
I would like to have it on mp4, how can I save it in mp4-format?Hi EricJUNES!
Glad to see Joseph has been helping you! Happy to jump in here!
You can convert your .replay file to a .MP4 file by opening it with Replay 360, and publishing to video:
- Open the [FILE NAME].replay in Replay 360.
- Go to the Home tab on the ribbon and click Publish.
- When the Publish window opens, choose the Video File tab on the left.
- Give your video a name, select a publish location on your computer, and click Publish.
When the Publish Successful window appears, click Play Video to launch the video in your default video app or click Open Folder to open the folder where the MP4 file is stored.
Please let me know if you have any more questions!
