I have a similar issue. I'm importing a short 3-minute video saved as a .WMV file. When I open the video in Replay, the audio is very choppy, but the original version is fine. Is this because of the file type?

Hi ElyseSmith-0e4a,
Thanks for reaching out!
I understand that you're inserting a video into Replay 360 and the audio isn't playing as expected.
- Can you help me understand if you're experiencing this choppy audio while editing in Replay 360 or after publishing the project to Review 360 or a Video File?
-
- I can confirm that .WMV files are included in our supported video formats in Replay 360.
- Are you experiencing this with any other files or just this specific video file?
- If you import the video file into a new Replay project, does the audio quality change?
Looking forward to hearing from you!
