Replay button and seekbar not working

I appreciate you reaching out and sharing what you would like to accomplish here. I think I may be confused about what you'd like to accomplish:
You asked:
- replay button = complete slide should be replayed
- seek bar = navigate through the base layer
Your second scenario:
- replay button = it works and replays the complete base layer slide.
- seek bar = elements on the base layer shows the animations stages as per the seek bar state
This sounds like you got the behavior you were looking for. Could you record a quick Peek 360 video to clarify and/or your .story file so that I could take a look?
