Replay Button on Seekbar Not Working

Wendy - Storyline 360. It's been an Articulate Support day all day as i've had other issues, too.
I have audio on my SL360 files and they are set to reset to initial state - when the rewind button is selected it replays the audio - is there some else in your files that may be causing an issue?
