Replay not tracking cursor properly?

This is still an ongoing problem that I've now encountered with a monitor upgrade. Changing the screen setting does not resolve the issue.
This problem tracking cursor movement has effectively rendered the screen capture function in Replay useless as the audience can no longer follow along. If anything, it would serve to add to the confusion.
