Issue Tracking Assessments
Here is my use case. I have a pre and post assessment. If the user fails the pre assessment, the user takes the training and then takes the post. If they pass the pre assessment the user proceeds to a pseudo attestation. Then complete the course. If they pass the post, the user proceeds to the pseudo attestation and completes the course. If they don't pass either assessment, then they muse reach out to a coach.
Is the pre and post assessment captured on an LMS? If not, what should be the proper set up in the Tracking Options? TY

Storyline submits quiz data to the LMS/LRS if you use quiz results to track completion.
If you indicate that one quiz is a Pre-Check (aka, a pretest) and another is a Final Assessment, Storyline will submit the pretest results and mark the course as complete if the user passes the pretest. Otherwise, it will mark the course as complete based on the final quiz. It will submit the data from both the pre-check and the final.

Note that the course will be marked complete based on the quiz results. That means a user could exit the course after finishing the quiz but without answering the "pseudo attestation."
Tracking pre- and post-testing isn't currently available in Rise.
