The score isn't being passed to the LMS because the program is using the Completion triggers you added. Completion triggers don't send a score.
Delete those Completion triggers. You don't need them.
When you've got a quiz with a Results slide and you indicate that as the way to complete the course, Storyline will automatically send the score to the LMS.
Because you had Completion triggers, that option was checked in your Reporting and Tracking Options. That option shouldn't be checked in this case.
