Requiring Full Video Viewing

Is there a method to ensure that someone cannot click past a video or drag the video timeline to end it prematurely?  I want to ensure our learners view a full video.  See-spot-run instructions would be helpful.  I am using Rise 360 and am going to export to a LMS.
