RESET not replaying audio on return to layers

We are happy to help! It sounds like you're looking for the entire slide to reset when revisiting. The audio should replay if you have the When Revisiting setting set to Reset to Initial State.
Before suggesting a workaround, it would be helpful to see what you've created so far. With your permission, I'd like to look at the .story file. You can attach it to this discussion or upload it in a support case. I'll make sure to delete it after troubleshooting!
Hello - I'm having this same issue, where my audio (only on the base layer) is not restarting upon navigating back to the previous slide, despite the "reset to initial state" setting being selected. The other layers are working fine. Any suggestions? Can I upload my file for support? Thank you!
